Helping people with their real estate needs is more of a mission than a job for Julia (Jill) Heers. A third generation Realtor, Jill hails from a family of builders. In fact, one of her brothers, Hal, is on record in 1981, as having built the fastest house in the world in 4 hours and 19 minutes. A feat still unsurpassed today.

People are indeed Jill's specialty, because she represents people not simply products. Both a listing agent and a selling agent, she has been honored with awards for both. Jill is a consistent top producer and still holds the record for having sold the largest beach front parcel in San Diego County- a home on an acre of oceanfront land.

First time home buyers and folks with credit challenges are a special focus for Jill. She has gathered together specialists to work with all types of Real Estate situations. As she says, "It is very gratifying to successfully house a customer who thought they might never own a home. Everyone should be
able to own their own home. Fixing up the nest is as old a practice as time itself. All the animals do it. There is something very healthy about it".

When not playing with her grandchildren, Jill is about her mission of housing folks.
