Maybe it was that stint on the front lines of Viet Nam dodging gunfire and bombs but for some reason Harry Heers has always been fast.

He comes by it honestly too. He comes from a fast family. Harry's brother Hal, was hailed as the fastest builder in the world at one time, having built a house in 4 hours and 17 minutes and breaking the world record. Harry's Dad, Harold, was cranking out a house every week at one time and even now is building a beautiful community called Tara Estates in Glasgow Kentucky. That’s not bad for 87 years young. 





Harry comes from a big family of successful top producers and he likes to keep one car length ahead of them. His real job is building homes and when he isn't building a custom home to sell he works for Tara Estates.

Other than racing Harry likes to fish and golf and spend time with his family.

He is a lover of little creatures, cast off dogs and cats and even has a Beta fish named Alpha. Joining him in his racing efforts besides his sponsors are his brother, Randy Heers and Nephews David Heers and David Crawford. Of Course nothing would race without Clyde who builds the car with Harry and keeps it running. His Mom, Kaye Heers keeps the T-shirts printed and the sponsors hopping and organizes the fans at race time.

 It’s a family affair with lots of love and lots of thrills. Harry Heers and the #77 car won the Championship in Pure Street Racing Division and the Rookie of the Year Award last year. This year Harry is moving up to the Modified Division and he is building a new car. This is expensive and he relys on sponsors. It is a terrific form of advertising.

Sponsors get their name on the freshly painted undented car and they get a link to their web site or mention here on this racing page.
